By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2.1 Platform Description:
MCC Platform provides a cloud-based multi-channel communication platform for businesses to:
- Send SMS messages at scale
- Send Email campaigns
- Manage contacts and lists
- Track delivery and analytics
- Integrate via API
2.2 Service Availability:
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll notify you of scheduled maintenance in advance.
3. Your Account and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must use a strong password (minimum 8 characters, mixed case, numbers)
3.2 Prohibited Activities:
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Abuse, harass, or spam other users
- Violate intellectual property rights
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Paid Subscriptions:
- Subscriptions are billed based on credit usage
- Prices are displayed on our Pricing Page
- All fees are exclusive of taxes (GST, VAT, etc.)
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
4.2 Cancellation:
You may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits remain in your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss (you should maintain backups)
